Heres another awesome point and click game that will fry your brain cells. This is the 3rd episode, it is called Hapland 3. Heres the complete walkthrough of the game.
Play Hapland 3
If you get stuck somewhere and need any hints, tips or solution to guide you, heres a long list of walk through to help you get the answer. Spoiler/cheats below:
Click on the stickman beside the carrot to make it walk to right and click on the carrot, before he eats it, click the top of the box below to hit the carrot down to the cave and at the same time click the 2 yellow flies before they take away the carrot.
Click the leverman until you see another carrot, click stickman to eat it.
Click on the right side of the box to release a flap
Click leverman again until you see the arrow. Click the other red arrow to face right
Click the arrow above the stickman and the stickman will go down
Activate both the hover pads
Click on the UFO and when it gonna abduct the stickman, click on the right yellow button under the box so that it abduct the rolling stone instead and the landmine exploded and the stickman run into the house and flush the toilet
Click the doorbell, click on the stickman again so that it go up the platform
Click stickman again so that it goes left
Click leverman until you see shield
Click on the switch beside the green arrow and click on leverman
Click the tube to bend upwards
Click on the UFO, when it fly out of the screen, click on the shield and click on the leverman so that the stone will hit the UFO and freezes the pond. (Timing is required)
Click on the shield and click the leverman two more times and this will shoot a rock and a black bomb, bounce off the shield into the basket
Turn on the light above the door and the stickman will go back to the other side
Click the gear on the center of the box and click the left yellow button to launch a wheel to other side of the lake
Click the switch on beside the green arrow again and pull the lever until you see red bomb, click on the bomb
Click the leaves above the crow and spider will come out
Click on the window to drop carrot
Click the spider then at the same time click the crow. Timing is important again, it sequence are done correctly then the crow will shoot down a ladder and drain the lake
Click the switch beside the green arrow again to make leverman go down to the bottom of the lake
Click the top of the right tree to drop fruit destroy the hover pad.
Click on the bell and the mechanic will come down to repair, when he is outside, close the door behind him
When he is at the red arrow, click him will climb up the ladder
Click him again will burn the vine
Click him again he will come down
Click arrow twice to point right
Open the gate between bathroom window and repaired hover pad
Click on the left of the crate in the cave
Click the mechanic to go down the cave
Last part is the hardest, again timing is very important. Click on the mechanic, when the cart just underneath the red blob, click on it and the orange doughnut will drop into the cart, when the cart move to the left cave and just before the opening of cave, press the leverman in the bottom of the lake so that a green doughnut will drop into the cart and release the monster which eventually smash the bottom right cave and reveal a do not press green button.
Do not push the button because it will blow up the guy in the cave.
You can still finish even if you do, but if you let him live, you can see some concept art for all 3 Hapland games at the end.
Click the gear at the bottom right to change the sign to blue press button.
Now press it and shout i did it!

when the ufo moves off the first hover pad it should take with it the wheel released by clicking on the right hand yellow button. It drops the wheel on the bomb

When i clicked the light above the door the levergay went in the water and something in the box in the water ate him.

If the ladder didn’t appear means you didn’t do this part correctly.

ok so when i start by putting the carrot in the cave and then activate the hover pads i can’t cause of that green fuzz ball in the pad thing how do i get rid of that??

stephanie.. when the carrot falls in the cave you have to click on the two yellow flies that appear before they take the carrot. After that the green blob will eat the carrot and go away.

Ok so i got every thing up to hitting the UFO. I got ‘em to freeze the lake but when i try to fill the basket up i cant get another bomb. I just get more rocks. Then the rocks wont blow up when they hit the bottom of the lake. How do I get another bomb into the basket so it blows the wall and drains the lake??? help!!!

yeah, i shot the rock and it just traveled right through the ufo. nothing happened, it just went right through the ufo and into the basket.

Haha. If you follow the walkthru, things work. all you people complaining need to go BACK, START AGAIN, and follow it correctly. Yeah, it took me a couple tries to get the timing right with the UFO begin hit by a rock. once it looked like i should have hit the ufo, but the rock went thru. Oh well. all that means is that you have to restart and try again. Think people, think.
Also, there is only 1 bomb. If you’ve already shot the bomb before the step that says “Click on the shield and click the leverman two more times and this will shoot a rock and a black bomb”, then you’ve made a mistake. you need to start over. it doesn’t take a high IQ to follow a walkthru. you can do it.
If the green blob prevents you from turning on the nearer hover pad, then you failed to click on both flies in time. START OVER.
If you don’t even know “wot box” or “wot flies” to click on, hit yourself in the face, and turn off your computer. wait for your little brother to come home. Have him teach you what ‘cool’ and ‘uncool’ misspellings are, then have him beat Hapland3 for you.

what is the point of eating the other carrot? Is it necessary. What happens if he doesn’t eat it? Is it just there in case your timing is off and you eat one carror by mistake? Thanks for the walkthrough.

there are two carrots. one you use with the flies to be able to activate the hover pad. the other you have to eat, which means when the guy enters the house he goes to the loo or something which causes the rocks to fall. you must eat the second carrot!

don’t click the yellow button to open the flap, click the flap itself and it’ll open.

cheers for the walkthrough, so far its been a great help, but i am stuck on one thing:

i’m having trouble clicking two things at once.
i get the carrot out the window, i make the spider pop out, but when i go to click the crow and spider, the crow either goes and plays with the carrot and the spider takes the egg, or the crow eats the spider.
either way there is no ladder.
please can someone just add a bit more detail to this so i can hopefully finish this!

It doesn’t matter when you release the carrot or the spider. When they are both down, click on the spider and he will start going towards the egg. Then quickly click on the crow and the crow will go to the carrot. The spider will take the egg and barely get away, and the crow will see it and try to zap it, and miss. This will release the ladder. The basket will also fall and then explode at the bottom of the lake, draining it.

yes, it is. Someone suggested that your tube isn’t curved. I would bet that your tube IS curved, but your shield guy is not in the correct position. He could be standing on either the right or left side of the shield (closer or farther away from the tube-shooter thingy). You can make him walk back and forth by clicking on HIM. Make sure that he is CLOSEST to the tube and THEN do the shield-shooting sequence. This will cause him to bounce the stuff instead of it going right past him.

This is a very neat way of activating the hover pad, but it is a red herring, i.e. WRONG. You need to keep that guy up above the cave. To get rid of the little green bugger that is blocking the hover switch, you need to lure him out with a carrot. Go back and read the first part about the flies again, you really gotta be quick. If the flies take the carrot, the bugger won’t move.

Okay good instructions. I’ve been trying all night to finally get passed the goddamn hitting of the UFO. I messed up on the last part and my mechanic died. Pity. But thanks. It’s a hassle to search through a million sites full of “omfg thiz iz 2 hard & stupid how do i dooo itt?” People need to learn to read directions right. TIMING. jesus. Anyway i’ve spoke my peace.

Okay. I’ve like managed to finish Hapland 1 & 2…but no matter how many times I try, I can never finish Hapland 3! Only once I’ve gotten past blowing up the UFO. Every single time I shoot the rock, it should’ve blown up the UFO, but it goes right through! Every single time! What’s going on here?

wow, even with the walkthrough that took me about 10 goes! I managed 1, only needed help with a few steps in 2, but barely even got started on my own with 3. At this rate it looks like Hapland 4 will be damn near impossible…
I found the trickiest bit was bringing down the ufo, my advice is to start the ‘click shield - pull lever’ sequence around the time it passes behind the tower on the right of the screen. For the spider and crow, click them in that order as close to simultaneously as you can and it should work.

bassam, you have to drain the lake before the leverman can go to the bottom of the lake. To drain the lake you have to: make leverman swim across lake, send UFO around the screen, make leverman shoot a stone with the pipe bent upwards, make stickman deflect the stone into the UFO so that it explodes and freezes the lake, make leverman shoot out another stone and a bomb and stickman has to deflect them both into that basket, turn on the light so that leverman goes back, turn on the spinning thing on the box, press the left yellow button under the box, make stickman throw the red bomb when he’s on the left side of the platform, then open the upper window to let out a carrot, send the spider down and click the crow so that he knocks the carrot into the basket and lowers the ladder. Then the foot will kick the basket into the lake and the bomb will go off and drain the lake. Then, leverman can jump into the bottom of the lake.

leanne and Bob, there’s a small mistake on the guide. Stickman has to eat the carrot that is hanging when you first start and use the second carrot to lure that green bug out of the circuit. Then when Stickman enters the house, a rock that is blocking the orange doughnut will fall.

A Person Who Tried It, you have to make Stickman grab the second carrot when he is standing on the right side of the platform and then click the top board of that wooden box. It will open up and hit the platform Stickman is standing on. This will make him drop the carrot down into that pit. Two yellow bugs will fly out and try to eat the carrot. You have to click both bugs and they will drop out of the sky. Then, the green bug that is blocking the circuit will fly out and eat the carrot.

i get to the part where the mechanic goes down the gate between the bathroom window and the hover pad he repaired, but when i click on the left of the crate the poor guy just gets smashed by the door.

Everyone here who’s having a problem like: I clicked this and it didn’t happen…needs to follow the instructions EXACTLY.
For example:
“There’s a hairball thing in the way of the 2nd hoverpad.”
Well…you have to drop a carrot down by knocking the guy on the second floor with the top of the gearbox, then click the two yellow moths who go after it…then the hairball leaves the switch and goes for the carrot. It’s in the instructions.
“Getting eaten at the bottom of the lake”
Everything that falls in there does–the lake has to be drained. If you follow the instructions exactly, you would have swum across, frozen the lake (by hitting the UFO with a rock), loaded the basket with a rock and a black bomb, gone back to the other side, shot the gear across, melted the lake, activated the crow, which knocks the basket down via the carrot (while at the same time activating the ladder)…the basket becomes a wheelbarrow…and it drains the lake. If the lake’s not drained…you’re toast. Since I’m just going by memory here, read the instructions.
“No orange donut”
Assuming the game is working correctly, you should have already eaten the second carrot, fooled the UFO into taking the gear instead of your guy and immediately used the bathroom, thus revealing the red donut maker. If you never heard a toilet flushing by the time the saucer is at the second pad…and it should be floating there…not wrecked…you haven’t followed the instructions correctly.
“mechanic blows up with mine/bomb/etc”
Again…follow the instructions…if you fool the UFO into taking the gear…you won’t have to worry about the bomb.
Finally…here’s a helpful bit of advice so I’m not just bitching; the UFO is one of the hardest things to hit. Assuming: Man on left side of lake (he swam across), man on second story on left side (with shield ready), UFO at second platform, click the UFO. When it reaches the RIGHT side of the screen, immediately click the SHIELD (not the dude), then click the guy at the lever. It will look like you will miss, but this is the correct timing. The UFO will short out…the lake will freeze…etc.

Hey, is there anyone who solved it without the help of these walkthroughs. The help section says, walkthroughs are for losers. But I feel it is highly impossible to solve this puzzle without walkthroughs. So just wanna know is there anyone who has done it without the help of walkthroughs.

yah i push on the button to abduct the rolling stone but the guy wont flush the toilet… what am i doing wrong

Well, you have to drain the lake.
To do so:
When you have to shoot the bomb from the tube into the basket, be sure to succeed the timing with all 3 shoots:
1) shot the UFO to freeze the lake
2) The stone has to be in the basket, too (otherwise it won’t fall)
3) you need to have the bomb in the basket to drain the lake.
Then click on the window to get the 3rd carrot
After that, click on the web, to get the spider.
Click on the spider and then, on the crow(as fast as you can).
The crow will jump out to get the carrot, make her fall into the basket and tries to spit on the spider (which activates the latter).
