Simple trick, just have your shoes tied already and covered with your pants. Have a second lose shoelace hanging out, this second one is tied to something in your pocket. Shake your foot franticly so people can’t really see what is going on, at the same time pull the lose shoelaces up into your pants while the tied one gets revealed by pulling the pants up a bit.

jus like “W” sez. for effect though,keep it casual. a rythmic bouncing w/ your foot and your leg keeps it slower so the specs have a better view of what they ” are not really seeing”. PRACTICE!
