I’m also stuck at the 11th level! Please someone tell me where the hell can I find a private chef?!?!
For the 2nd Level, try to breech at the church and u’ll probably get 1000$. Go to city hall, pay the fee. Then, go to the mall and buy: vacuum cleaner, air conditioner, & garden statue. Give to the woman on strike. Then buy music CD of Vivaldi, give to uncle nuzio.
Go back to city hall the next day, talk to judge. And then on Friday, around 3PM go again to city hall, and your problems should be solved by then.
