Shoplot beside Summit caught fire
Tuesday, March 14th, 2006 at 4:02 am in Current EventsWhen i was on my way home to KL from Subang USJ, i saw huge pillar of smoke in the sky coming from somewhere near. As i drove nearer, i saw alot of people on the side of the road watching something. So i come down from the car and saw a big row of shoplot on fire! The shoplot is located beside Summit USJ and those were the shops that sell furnitures and office chairs, one of the shop that i recognized was Amoffice.
The time i witness the fire was 12am midnight and it started to burn down just a few shops next to it. But after 1 hour, the entire row totally engulfed in fire. The food court just in front of it didn’t get affected.
I was taking video with my digital camera and i didn’t realize that i was standing too near to the fire until i could feel the heat. I wonder what started the fire.

if im not mistaken that shoplot is quite new

Ya, i went there to check out their office chairs few months ago.
