Muay Thai or Muay Thai kick boxing is a form of kick boxing in Thailand. In year 2003 the film Ong-Bak helped to popularize Muay Thai. Check out this Muay Thai training video clip where Tony Jaa the lead actor of Ong-Bak gives demo on Muay Thai.

I watched Ong-Bak last week on TV and Tony Jaa’s stunts is amazing! He really got the moves like Jacky Chan. The best part is when those bad guys chasing him on the road. There are so many cool moves.
