Daniel is the 2nd Malaysian Idol

I don’t really watch Malaysian Idol anymore because the quality of the singer had gone down the drain. The only thing i enjoy about Malaysian Idol is the funny audition.
Even i’m a chinese, i won’t bias with my opinion here. I just finish watching the Malaysia Idol 2nd season and im really dissapointed with the results. The winner won the title with a 68% majority votes with 1.2million sms votes count compare to Nita who only have 500k sms votes. Poor Nita.
In the beginning of the season i’ve heard Daniel sing before and i thought to myself how awful his pronunciation and his pitching is, in the final i still thought to myself how awful his pronunciation and his pitching is! Im sure alot of people is in the same boat with me because alot of people approach me in MSN telling that Nita is better and bla bla bla.
So how the shorty conquer the majority of the sms votes? Well there are alot of possibility. The 1.2 million votes might come from people who think next Malaysian Idol should be a guy, someone who think chinese should grab the title this season or the more accurate one would be 15 years old girl.
What do you think? Do you think he deserve the title?

Dear Daniel,
You are my light and salt in this world. I might never know you in person but you inspire me. I admire your strenght in pushing and coming out on the other side in the end. May this become a guidance to all. I love you for who you are and your songs. They are so perfect in their own ways.

Do u guys know wat does d world idol mean??!!Even though NIta voice is good, bt she is a pub singer, I mean come on! look at her! d supporters chooses daniel because they think he could make a good example 4 d next generation….

i agree dat daniel deserved to be the malaysian idol 2 coz he is talented and willing to work hard.im a big fan of daniel but i also think dat nita can sing too only dat she got less votes than daniel.for those who think dat daniel do not deserve the title,then i suggest u people try to listen to his song n then comment bout his singing.he is improving for sure.

daniel roxx!!! the word idol stands not only for how gd ur singing or pronounciation is…idol also implicate how an idol should act in personality wise. Know your own idol cz he’s Malaysia’s hope in d entertaiment network. Hv u ever thought y he was voted?? I voted 4 him…bt it’s nth lyk wat u’ve said in 1 of ur post. I voted 4 him cz i know he can do it if a chance is given. If u ask me hu’s singing is btr i’ll most prob ans u nita. Bt as i’ve said, d word idol does nt only cover how gd sum1’s singing is. Those hu disagree dat daniel should win, sumhow gotta giv daniel a chance. Cz d fact is, he’s our MALAYSIAN IDOL.

i am a director of a music company, and i think that daniel’s voice is not that good enough to win the malaysian idol. well what can i say, cause he has a lot of fans out there who voted for him.

Frankly, I was quite unhappy with the Malaysian Idol 2 result. I support Nita for her strong & steady vocal. I enjoy singing and joined few singing competitions before. Therefore, I was totally attracted by her singing ability and terrific showmanship. However, I’m totally aware that Idol contest is not the Singing Competition. It actually depends on how much supporters you have.
I’m don’t really enjoy Daniel singing until I got his album from my friend. But after listening to his album, I noticed that he has a sweet vocal and he got a lot of potential. I like every single song in his album.
Anyway, studio recording with good editing is totally different from live performance. I really hope that Daniel could ready polish his singing ability & live performance with the help from all great professional music producers.
Daniel, prove it to us that you deserve this title! I’ll support you!

i agreed to that chinese’s comments…even on his first audition the only song he can sing well is that “heaven knows”….maybe he’s singing that song since he learn how to sing…..sorry guys …….neway may i ask bout nita’s full name?????and im not a malaysian too……….
