Ever wonder what that big dead ugly catfish someone has placed in front of you on a plate as if it were food a person might consider eating has to sing about? Wonder no more, thanks to the promotional Flash thingy at Iron Chef America’s website. You can also hear the musical inner life of coconuts, pizza dough and clams. The catfish’s tuneful yodeling reminds us of Carnie Wilson, but we’d just as soon not examine why.
