The Fantastic Four Samsung Premiere
Thursday, July 14th, 2005 at 2:33 am in My Life, Movies & TVI just come back from watching the Fantastic Four. Feel kinda great to be the first to watch it because it is a movie premiere sponsored by Samsung. So lucky that my friend working in Samsung and he got alot of free tickets. He invited 3 of us to go watch. So four of us go watch Fantastic Four…how ironic.
The Fantastic Four premiere starts at 8.45pm and the venue is at Golden Screen Cinemas Berjaya Times Square, Level 1. The moment we stepped into the entrance, we notice there is alot of guards standing in front and they use sensor stick to check all over our body. I was like…need or not? Not like we gonna bring guns into the cinema right? Then they say that we have to deposit our handphone at a counter like everyone else. Whats the point of doing that? Nobody knows.
Anyhow there is a section for buffet for Samsung staff after the entrance and we get to collect free popcorns and beverages. So fun! After all this is a Samsung event and non staff like us get free stuff haha. The movie started quite late, about 9.15pm but before that those movie trailers shown are awesome! Some of them are The Island, Tim Burton’s Corpse Bride Movie and Night Watch. I really need to say this…Night Watch is a very scarry and twisted movie. You can see it for yourself here.
The Fantastic Four lasts for 1 hour and 45 minutes and i would say the best part of the show is the sound effect and hot chicks! Look at Jessica Alba…shes so dam freakin hot!!! Especially when she have to take off her clothes everytime she turns invisible…really yummy 
Well i wouldn’t say this movie can beat other Marvel movies like Spiderman or Incredible Hulk because the story line of Fantastic Four is not that interesting and their power is not that fantastic after all. But with the power of four they can easily bully that guy from “Charm” which is Dr. Doom anytime.
Well everyone’s reaction after the movie was like…finish already? Thats it? But at least we have something to look forward to for the 2nd episode of Fantastic Four. By the way…try spot Stan Lee in the movie, hes the creator of Marvel hero. He will be in the movie for few second just like the way he appeared in Spiderman and Incredible Hulk.
By the way, i think any girls out there would dream to have a boyfriend like Mr. Fantastic. Right? lol Well look no further, Mr. Fantastic is here!
