What My Mom Got To Say About The Quake
Tuesday, March 29th, 2005 at 7:08 pm in Current EventsThis is a first real life experience for a mom who stayed in malaysia almost half a decade and never felt a shake from earth before. When i just reach home from work, my mom told me about this story excitedly:
Last night when i was sleeping, i heard loud noise coming from the celling. At first i thought it was the mouse running around the celling so i go back to sleep. Later on your dad come into the room and sleep and i felt the bed shaking, i turn to your dad and thought he was shaking. But he wasn’t…so i turn to your sis but shes also sleeping like a pig. So i did not bother about it because i thought it was the ghost playing around. Suddenly it happened again the second time and i jumped up. But i go back to sleep again later on(lol) The next morning when i pass by the market then my student’s mother ask me if i can feel the earthquake last nite and by then only i know it really was the earth quake.
My thought: The mouse running around the celling because they can feel the earth shaking first. And my dad was angry cos my mom din ask everyone to go out from the house and later got squeeze by the house like pancake(lol)
